Raccoons usually have one litter of kits each year, though second litters can occasionally arrive in late summer or early fall. That is exactly what happened in August 2025.

Since arriving at Critter Care, the trio has spent their time playing, cuddling, exploring, and building the natural instincts they will need to survive in the wild. Watching them grow and be released has been one of the great joys of this past year.
